Salesforce has changed its AI Specialist Certification into a new ‘Agentforce Specialist‘ Certification. The Salesforce Certified AI Specialist exam will expand to include Agentforce on March 3, 2025. With this change, the exam name will be updated to Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
