I learned salesforce and i came to know what is salesforce initially by watching your videos,helped me to learn more and more,your way of teaching is good,videos are quite good understandable and suggested few of my friends who are not aware of salesforce. thank you Deepika.
A good, solid course. Although some videos have a graphical/pictoral explanation at the beginning, this theme should be repeated throughot all the courses. Also, many lines of code are not properly explained e.g DML statements and some of the practical exercises. I would like to see homework or real-life scenarios. A series of short 5 minute challenges where we can attempt to solve the problem and then there is a video explanation at the end. Finally, I believe Deepika had all the skills to form an academy which takes students through all stages, This could involve live sessions delivered by her and her assigned tutors.

I started this website couple of months when I was preparing for my Salesforce Admin certification. I started with MyTutorialRack Youtube channel and i enjoyed her teaching style. I’ve watched your Salesforce Admin course and I have a doubt about Assigment Rules. I created a new Assigment Rule, however I couldn’t assign to any user. A error message appeared saying that user has no permission to be assigned to a rule. How can I solve it?

I created two users in my profile (System Administrator).
Then, I created ‘CustomRecruiterProfile’ profile and I associated those users in this profile. When I tried to assign the Assignment Rule for them, I got that message it wasn’t possible.
I’m not sure if I forgot to do a setting to the profile I created.
